Keep the focus on the client and guests at all times, we won't steal the show

Arrive and have the equipment ready for the event by the specified time

Be happy to take and play requests

Ensure the requested entertainer will be the one doing the event, provided that entertainer was available at the time of the booking

Be suitably dressed for the occasion in full tuxedo, unless otherwise requested by client

Pride ourselves in remaining in good communication with our clients, before, during and after the event

Keep our equipment in excellent condition

Monitor the volume to suit the client, audience and the establishment

Make regular, clear & crisp announcements throughout the event, as applicable

Use CDs at our events for the best sound quality (DJs)

Provide professional presentations at our shows

Stay coordinated with other vendors, such as the caterers, photographers, videographers, etc. so that nobody misses a beat in the activities

Not permit our performers or DJs to consume drugs or alcohol while on the job

Remain on top of the scene and always know the next move

Provide professional literature, forms and contracts for our clients

Ensure the songs used are appropriately selected and not offensive
